Exhibitors are encouraged to pre-register online for exhibitor badges to reduce waiting time on-site. The onboarding email and Pico Concierge login details are issued to the Primary Contact. The deadline for online exhibitor badge requests is 24 November 2026. Mailing of exhibitor badges will not be available.

Delegate registration for SEMIEXPO Viet Nam 2026 is now open.

Delegates are required to register online and complete the registration fee payment to obtain their Delegate Pass. Please register in advance to secure your pass and enjoy a smooth and efficient check-in process at the event.

All delegates are encouraged to pre-register online via the official event website to enjoy faster and smoother entry to the exhibition halls. Pre-registration allows you to secure your badge in advance and avoid onsite queues.

Kindly complete your registration by 1 Dec 2026.

All contractors other than official contractors must sign an undertaking confirming compliance with Organiser regulations. Access stickers are issued for build-up and tear-down periods only. The stickers are for construction and dismantling work and do not provide general show-day access.

All persons on the premises must wear the appropriate official SEMIEXPO Viet Nam badge during set-up, exhibition and dismantling hours. Badge misuse, false identification or any attempt to provide unauthorised access to the exhibition floor may result in removal from the exhibition floor and may affect future access.

Exhibitor badges are for company representatives working in the booth. Company employees who are not working in the booth should register for a Visitor badge where applicable.

On show days only, persons aged 12 to 16 may enter the show floor when accompanied by an adult with a badge. During set-up and dismantling, no one under 16 is allowed. No one under the age of 12 will be admitted to the show floor at any time.

Exhibitors may access the exhibition hall one hour before opening and one hour after closing to service their booths. If you require access outside these hours, please apply at the Show Management Office (SMO). (Refer to Section 2. Key Dates and Operational Timeline.)

Exhibitors are encouraged to use the e-invitation platform to invite customers to visit their booth. Access is through the exhibitor console using the assigned password, similar to badge registration. The e-invitation platform is scheduled to be available from October 2026.
