SEMI Southeast Asia wish to alert all exhibitors to be vigilant against phishing emails, messages, or calls falsely claiming to represent the Organiser or the event, requesting payments, sponsorship fees, directory listings, or exhibitor services.

Please note:

✅ All official invoices, payment requests, and communications are issued directly by the Organiser or our officially appointed vendors only.

❌ The Organiser does not appoint third parties to collect payments for listing services, marketing databases, or exhibitor packages.

❌ Any unsolicited requests for payment, especially those creating urgency or threatening consequences, should be treated as suspicious.

How to Protect Yourself

Verify the sender’s email address carefully (check domain names). Do not click on unknown links or download attachments from unfamiliar sources. When in doubt, do not make any payment and contact the Organiser immediately to verify the request. If you receive a suspected scam or phishing message, please report it to glim@semi.org

Exhibitors may access the exhibition hall one hour before opening and one hour after closing to service their booths. If you require access outside these hours, please apply at the Show Management Office (SMO). (Refer to Section 2. Key Dates and Operational Timeline.)

SEMI has appointed APT Showfreight as the official freight forwarder for SEMIEXPO Viet Nam 2026. While exhibitors may use any freight forwarder of their choice to transport exhibition materials to the event venue; we strongly recommend using the official freight forwarder for a smoother and hassle-free experience (especially for custom clearance). Please note that only the appointed official freight forwarder is authorised to operate any mechanical lifting equipment such as forklifts, pallet trucks and cranes, on the show floor.

SEMI has secured preferred delegate rates at Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera Hotel for SEMIEXPO Viet Nam 2026 attendees, subject to room availability.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy: Any room cancelled within 14 days prior to the arrival date will incur a 100% cancellation charge. No-shows, early departures, and late arrivals will also be charged 100% of the room rate.
Early Check-In: Early check-in before the hotel's standard check-in time of 3:00 PM is subject to a charge equal to 100% of the applicable room rate.
Late Check-Out: Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and standard check-out time is 12:00 PM. Late check-out is subject to advance notice and room availability.
Late check-out until 6:00 PM: 50% of the room rate.
Late check-out after 6:00 PM: 100% of the room rate.

Only Standard King or Standard Twin Guest Rooms are available for booking on the reservation page. You may view other available room types HERE. If you would like to reserve a different room type, please contact the hotel at saigon.sheraton@sheraton.com.
