Additional Registration Information

Once registered, attendees may update their information or add additional access by logging into their record.

Membership pricing is based on the email domain used to register. Thus, do not use @gmail or other personal email services to register if the membership rate is desired.  If you are a SEMI Member (Directory) and this registration site is not offering the member rate, contact the SEMIEXPO Heartland Team to review further. 

  • Cancellation refund requests must be submitted in writing no later than March 31, 2026 and will be subject to a $150.00 processing fee.​
     

  • Only substitution requests will be accepted after March 31, 2026 and must be submitted in writing from the original registrant.

During the online registration process, attendees and exhibitors from outside of the United States will have the option to request a Visa Invitation Letter. 

SEMI will process requests within 5 business days. 

No one under the age of 12 will be permitted on the show floor or to any conference sessions. Students between the ages of 12 - 17 must be accompanied by an adult while on the show floor.
