Unused passes are not available for refund.

In cases where payment by Wire Transfer is selected, Promo Codes will not be sent to the Group Manager until payment is received. 

All promotional and discounted rates are offered at the discretion of SEMI and no registration discounts can be combined for any SEMIEXPO Heartland 2025 passes. Once an attendee is registered, no refunds for newly issued discounts or promotional rates will be accepted.

Substitution and cancellation requests are welcome and will be accepted in writing from the original registrant by April 1, 2025 to questions@american-tradeshow.com. . In the case of substitutions, the original registrant’s record will be canceled to allow for their promo code to be reused for a new person. 

Passes are personal licenses revocable at the sole discretion of SEMI (subject to any applicable law to the contrary), with or without cause, including without limitation, for improper conduct by any Group Pass Registrant. 

Events are occasionally cancelled due to reasons beyond our control, such as acts of nature. Should SEMI cancel the following options for each Pass: (i) a pro-rated refund of the face amount on the Pass, (ii) the opportunity to donate the value of their Pass to SEMI, or (iii) a credit or gift certificate in the amount of the value of each Pass that can be applied towards the purchase of future SEMICON West Pass. Passes are otherwise not refundable, except at SEMI’s sole discretion.

SEMI reserves the right to modify the content, schedule, or other details of SEMIEXPO Heartland 2025. SEMI may change the format (including, without limitation, from a physical in-person event to a virtual Event and vice versa), speakers, participants, content, venue location and program or any other aspect of the event at any time and for any reason, whether or not due to a Force Majeure Event, in each case without liability.
