SEMI Standards North America Spring Meeting

SEMI Standards form the foundation for innovation in the microelectronics industry. The SEMI Standards process has been used to create more than 1,000 industry approved standards and guidelines, based on the work of more than 5,000 volunteers.

Registration is mandatory for a badge. Attendance is at no cost. Coffee + tea provided, but meals are not included.

Additional Spring Meeting Information

There are no fees required to participate in the SEMI International Standards Program. SEMI underwrites the costs of administering the program as a service to the industry.
