Terms and Conditions

• Cancellation refund requests must be submitted in writing questions@americantradeshow.com no later than March 31, 2026, and will be subject to a $125.00 processing fee. 
After March 31, 2026, only substitution requests are available. 
• Substitution requests are welcome and will be accepted in writing from the original registrant by 
March 31,2026. Emails can be sent to questions@american-tradeshow.com
• All promotional and discounted rates are offered at the discretion of SEMI and no registration 
discounts can be combined for passes. Once an attendee is registered, no refunds for newly 
issued discounts or promotional rates will be accepted. 
• No one under the age of 12 will be permitted on the show floor or at any conference sessions. 
Students between the ages of 12 - 17 must be accompanied by an adult while on the show 
floor.
• Lost badges will be charged a $75 reprint fee.
• Photography disclaimer: SEMI frequently employs professional photographers and 
videographers to capture images and sound at our events for archival and promotional 
purposes. By registering, you grant SEMI and its agents' permission to use these images and 
audio in marketing and promotion materials.
• SEMI is committed to protecting the privacy of event attendees. SEMI is a global organization, 
operating from offices around the world, and operates a strict privacy policy, which is available 
at: http://www.semi.org/en/semi-privacypolicy
• Content is for registered participants of SEMIEXPO Heartland. As a registered attendee, you 
agree not to share content on platforms where non-registered attendees may access 
it. Participants may not record or broadcast audio or video of sessions. Sharing of content 
posted on SEMI websites and social media platforms is permitted.
• SEMI reserves the right to modify the content, schedule, or other details of SEMIEXPO
Heartland. SEMI may change the format (including, without limitation, from a physical in-person
event to a virtual Event and vice versa), speakers, participants, content, venue location and
program or any other aspect of the event at any time and for any reason, whether or not due to
a Force Majeure Event, in each case without liability
