Terms and Conditions

• Cancellation refund requests must be submitted in writing no later than October 12, 2026, and will be subject to a $25.00 processing fee. 

• Only substitution requests will be accepted after October 12, 2026 and must be submitted in writing from the original registrant. ​

• Refunds will not be processed after November 30, 2026. ​

• All approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and original credit card used at the time of registration. SEMI is unable to process refunds to an alternate method of payment.​​

• All promotional and discounted rates are offered at the discretion of SEMI and no registration discounts can be combined for passes. Once an attendee is registered, no refunds for newly issued discounts or promotional rates will be accepted. 

• Photography disclaimer: SEMI frequently employs professional photographers and videographers to capture images and sound at our events for archival and promotional purposes. By registering, you grant SEMI and its agents permission to use these images and audio in marketing and promotion materials. ​

• SEMI reserves the right to modify the content, schedule, or other details of ESGS: Electronic Specialty Gasses and Systems. SEMI may change the format (including, without limitation, from a physical in-person event to a virtual Event and vice versa), speakers, participants, content, venue location and program or any other aspect of the event at any time and for any reason, whether or not due to a Force Majeure Event, in each case without liability. ​​
